★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osoblje neljubazno i nekorektno. Teško se sporazumeti sa njima pošto ne poznaju ni jedan jezik sem italijanskog.
 The staff is rude and incorrect. It is difficult to communicate with them because they do not know any language other than Italian.

Loading takes about 3 hours from registration to departure loading we open two sides of the trailer in the office not a very polite employee.

Only Italian is spoken in the office. One would expect at least a little English, to the office for TIR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byłem dzisiaj około 14, do rejestracji czekałem około 10 minut, obsługa doskonale się dogaduje w języku angielskim i pomimo że byłem tam pierwszy raz poszło bardzo sprawnie. Załadunek trwał 36 minut.
Today I was around 2pm, I waited about 10 minutes to register, the staff got along very well in English and even though I was there for the first time it went very smoothly. Loading took 36 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upravo sam prijavio utovar, kod bezobraznog i ksenofobnog djelatnika u kancelariji na 3. šalteru. Ovo je već 2. iskustvo s istom osobom. Viljuškaristi i ostalo osoblje perfektni.
I just reported loading, to a rude and xenophobic employee in the office at the 3rd counter. This is already the 2nd experience with the same person. Forklifts and other staff perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Загрузка плиткой. Перед фирмой есть паркинг, можно ночевать. Регистрация по номеру референции и названии фирмы для которой товар грузите. Выдают погрузочный лист со штрих кодом. Ожидаете на паркинге когда на табло высветится номер вашего автомобиля. Заезжаете на весы и сканируете штрих код. Получаете с автомата талончик с весом и номером погрузочного места. После загрузки весы, талончик и на паркинг. В офисе выдают распечатанные CMR. Туалета нету. В офисе неприветливые сотрудники. Раздраженно кричат на водителей если Вы не говорите по итальянски! Принципиально не хотят общаться на международном английском языке. Хамское отношение к водителям. От регистрации до получения CMR заняло 3 часа времени. Ставлю две звезды за паркинг и хорошую работу водителей погрузчиков.
Loading tiles. In front of the firm there is a parking lot, you can spend the night. Registration by reference number and the name of the company for which the goods are being shipped. Issue a loading sheet with a barcode. Wait in the parking lot when the number of your car is displayed on the scoreboard. Get on the scale and scan the barcode. You get a ticket from the machine with the weight and the number of the loading place. After loading the scales, a ticket and to the parking lot. The office issues printed CMR. There is no toilet. Unfriendly office staff. They yell angrily at the drivers if you don't speak Italian! Basically they do not want to communicate in international English. Rude behavior towards drivers. From registration to receipt of CMR took 3 hours. I give two stars for the parking and the good work of the forklift drivers.
