★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pratico yoga con Mara da piu' di tre anni. E' una maestra infaticabile e sa condurre all'armonia psicofisica. La nuova location e' intima e accogliente, sempre ottimamente aromatizzata di essenze naturali. Comoda ai parcheggi che la circondano nei pressi della Cittadella.
 I have been practicing yoga with Mara for more than three years. She is a tireless teacher and knows how to lead to psychophysical harmony. The new location is intimate and welcoming, always excellently flavored with natural essences. Convenient to the car parks that surround it near the Citadel.

In un ambiente confortevole e molto ben curato Mara riesce a trasmettere calma e tranquillità che accompagnano con la sua passione le sue pratiche. Mi sento di consigliare il percorso individuale in quanto a seguito di un problema ad un ginocchio e non solo sono stata molto ben seguita e con alcune pratiche mirate il problema si è risolto.
Professionalism and availability are the main qualities that led me to follow the Marayoga courses.
In a comfortable and well-kept environment Mara manages to convey calm and tranquility that accompany her practices with her passion. I would like to recommend the individual path as following a knee problem and not only I was very well followed and with some targeted practices the problem was solved.

Dopo qualche anno di yoga nel suo centro posso affermare che il miglioramento del benessere psico-fisico è garantito. Assolutamente consigliato per chi vuole iniziare a sentirsi meglio, fin dalle primissime pratiche.
Mara's practices, always with few people and in an intimate and quiet environment, are ideal to be followed in the best way according to your personal needs. After a few years of yoga in his center I can say that the improvement of psycho-physical well-being is guaranteed. Absolutely recommended for those who want to start feeling better, right from the very first practices.
