B	BETTI ELEONORA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante avessi comunicato il codice dell'errore della caldaia, problema sull'uscita dei fumi di scarico è uscito il tecnico comunicandomi che non poteva effettuato alcun intervento addebitandomi comunque 40€ per l'uscita. Bastava dire al telefono che dovevo fare intervenire il tecnico per pulire la caminella condominiale. P	Paola Giardini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente per molti anni di Marangoni Nadir al quale sono subentrati, li ho chiamati giorni fa per la pulizia annuale della caldaia e perche non funzionava l erogazione della acqua calda. Ho pagato con l aumento richiesto l intervento di pulizia (75.00€) ma il giorno dopo sono ritornati e mi hanno chiesto altri 40€ per l uscita, senza aver fatto niente perche secondo loro non era piu'possibile trovare ancora i pezzi di ricambio e quindi dovevo sostituire la caldaia (falso)...TROPPO FURBI! Richiamato il tecnico, è stata supposta una causa fantasiosa (nido di uccello sul camino...). Stranamente poi, la caldaia ha ripreso a funzionare regolarmente senza nessun intervento sul camino. Mi è stata comunque addebitata l'uscita. A Napoli si dice cà nisciuno è fesso... Qualche giorno fa, la caldaia ha avuto un guasto facendomi rimanere senza riscaldamento e acqua calda. Ho chiamato la ditta Marangoni ed è intervenuto il tecnico Signor Gianni (lo conosco da anni) che ha individuato il guasto nella scheda andata in tilt. Tempo di ordinarla e oggi ha fatto l’intervento di sostituzione con scheda nuova e tutte le prove di verifica. Adesso la caldaia funziona di nuovo perfettamente. Grazie alla ditta Marangoni e grazie soprattutto al tecnico Signor Gianni per la sua competenza, professionalità, cortesia e puntualità. Grazie ancora e auguri di Buon Natale e felice 2022!
