★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo alla ricerca di un locale dove cenare attirati da l take-away di frittura di pesce che vedevamo in mano a molti. Una signorina ci ha consegnato il volantino di questo locale e ci ha indirizzati al posto. Devo dire che per esser state le 20.30 del 10 agosto era piuttosto vuoto e ciò non mi ha confortato, ma la curiosità di assaggiare era più grande! Devo dire di essere stato piacevolmente sorpreso! Con mia moglie e mia figlia abbiamo preso una frittura di pesce, una frittura di calamari e delle crocchette di pollo (pe picciriddi) e ho apprezzato il fritto pulito e asciutto. Non era assolutamente unto tanto che la carta assorbente del cono è rimasta piuttosto pulita. Il pesce, sia il misto (composto da neonati, calamari, sardine, gamberi, seppioline) che i calamari, erano veramente buoni! Ho potuto apprezzare la freschezza del prodotto in quanto il pesce era tenero e non duro o gommoso e anche il colore della frittura non faceva pensare ad un olio esausto ma fresco. Infine altra nota di tutto rispetto i piatti utilizzati per servire il cibo sono biodegradabili e non in plastica. Il costo delle porzioni di pesce si aggira tra 9-10 euro, quasi da ristorante, ma comunque onesto data l'abbondanza!
We were looking for a place to dine, attracted by the take-away of fried fish that we saw in the hands of many. A young lady handed us the flyer of this place and directed us to the place. I have to say that for having been at 8.30pm on August 10th it was rather empty and this didn't comfort me, but the curiosity to taste was bigger! I must say I was pleasantly surprised! With my wife and my daughter we got a fish fry, a fried calamari and some chicken nuggets (eg picciriddi) and I enjoyed the clean and dry fry. It was absolutely not so greasy that the blotting paper of the cone remained quite clean. The fish, both mixed (consisting of babies, squid, sardines, shrimp, cuttlefish) and squid, were really good! I was able to appreciate the freshness of the product as the fish was tender and not hard or chewy and even the color of the frying did not suggest an exhausted but fresh oil. Finally, another well-respected note, the dishes used to serve food are biodegradable and not plastic. The cost of portions of fish is around 9-10 euros, almost like a restaurant, but still honest given the abundance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent quality for the price. It is slightly hidden from the main street (very slightly), so not as many people are here as one in the main street with same menu. Batter isn’t thick which is I love the most. Therefore, you can taste cuttlefish flavor very well. I’d definitely recommend to try cuttlefish&shrimps fries!
