★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente abbiamo provato la famosa carne wagyu, spettacolare, imparagonabile in posticino splendido, cameriere gentile e preparato (non così scontato) selezione di vini ottima, ci hanno sorpreso anche i dolci fatti in casa, tenerina ottima simile alla "brutta ma buona" romagnola, consigliatissimo❤️
 Finally we tried the famous wagyu meat, spectacular, incomparable in a splendid place, kind and prepared waiter (not so obvious) excellent selection of wines, we were also surprised by the homemade desserts, excellent tenerina similar to the "bad but good" Romagna, highly recommended❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indubbiamente il miglior ristorante a Bologna presso il quale “ degustare dell’ottima carne”. Degustare non è per tutti i ristoranti. Abbiamo ordinato come antipasti carpaccio di picana e stufato di manzo con peperoni e cipolla. Non possiamo che dire semplicemente ottimo. Come secondo abbiamo scelto una carne selezionata e il risultato è stato un incontro di sapori tra la carne e il vino scelto. ( Morellino di scansano cantina Terenzi). Davvero complimenti. Tutto ottimo e servizio splendido. Mi rammarico per non aver fatto la foto allo stufato che era davvero unico
Undoubtedly the best restaurant in Bologna where you can "taste excellent meat". Tasting isn't for all restaurants. We ordered picana carpaccio and beef stew with peppers and onion as starters. We can only say simply excellent. As a second course we chose a selected meat and the result was a meeting of flavors between the meat and the chosen wine. (Morellino di scansano Terenzi winery). Really well done. All great and splendid service. I regret not taking the photo of the stew which was truly unique

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful restaurant where you can select various cuts of freshly cut raw steak from a glass cabinet and have them expertly prepared for you. I spent my birthday here and had one or the nicest steaks of my life! This probably won't be an issue for locals who can read the menu, but tourists should differentiate between the French fries and chips when ordering, not a criticism as the chips were delicious but more like crisps. Would highly recommend for any steak lover!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meat quality is excellent but be prepared to pay!!! The restaurant has no ambience, staff member sitting at the entrance with padded jacket, not a good message. He carried our meat choices through to the kitchen. Young lady, (our waitperson) was very nice but I would suggest if this restaurant is charging the way they do they need to update their staff training and look at the restaurant layout and ambience. The meat was prepared well but the sides were forgettable. Very disappointed
