R	Roberto Sebastiani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato direttamente sul sito Mantra Italia la lampada da soffitto Alisio con ventilatore, arrivata in breve tempo ed installato tutto correttamente ma devo segnalare un difetto nei led, ovvero quando spengo la luce con il telecomando (per far funzionare solo il ventilatore) una parte del toro dei led rimane acceso con una flebile luce che ovviamente e’ fastidiosa poiché installato in una camera. Ho mandato email e telefonato a Mantra e mi hanno assicurato che mi avrebbero richiamato, ad oggi e' passato più di un mese sto ancora aspettando. Lo stesso difetto era già stato segnalato da altri clienti all'estero con lo stessa lampada ventilatore ma a loro, che avevano acquistato su altri siti e non in quello diretto Mantra, gli e' stata offerta una migliore assistenza e cortesia e gli stata anche sostituita la lampada gratis (il problema pero si e' ripresentato ugualmente). Suggerirei a Mantra Italia di informare i clienti (visto che di questo difetto sembra che ne siano al corrente) che non e' idoneo ad installazione in camera da letto o di provvedere a risolvere il problema oltreche migliorare l'assistenza e l'attenzione al cliente. Per il resto un rapporto qualità prezzo (molta plastica) non appropriato. Pessima idea acquistare su Mantra Italia pensando di avere una migliore assistenza. I purchased the Alisio ceiling lamp with fan directly on the Mantra Italia website, it arrived in a short time and installed everything correctly but I have to report a defect in the LEDs, or when I turn off the light with the remote control (to operate only the fan) a part of the bull of the LEDs remains lit with a faint light which obviously is annoying because it is installed in a room. I emailed and phoned Mantra and they assured me that they would call me back, as of today it's been more than a month I'm still waiting. The same defect had already been reported by other customers abroad with the same fan lamp but they, who had purchased on other sites and not in the Mantra direct one, were offered better assistance and courtesy and were also replaced. the lamp for free (but the problem has come back anyway). I would suggest to Mantra Italia to inform customers (since they seem to be aware of this defect) that it is not suitable for installation in the bedroom or to resolve the problem as well as improve customer care and attention. . For the rest, a value for money (a lot of plastic) is not appropriate. Bad idea to buy on Mantra Italia thinking you have better assistance.
