Avremmo sicuramente meno materiale lasciato lungo i fossi. Se un utente sa che pagherà la stessa quota, indifferentemente dal rifiuto prodotto, non avrebbe più senso abbandonarlo in giro. Ma cosa paghiamo a fare se non c'è servizio??? Non parliamo quando ci sono autobus . Gente che addirittura parcheggia in doppia fila in attesa del proprio turno e le auto che provengono dai vicoli non si sa quando se ne escono.
