Mi è stato detto che le gemme rosse le avevano finite (come se non fosse possibile prenderle dalle tante altre rose pronte), mi è stata messa pochissima sabbia rossa a differenza da quella richiesta che ne aveva almeno il triplo e senza alcun fiocchetto. Ho pagato 3€ in più per una rosa rainbow, ma l'amico insieme a me per 3€ in meno ha ricevuto una rosa classica ma decorata come richiesto e con un risultato totalmente diverso. I requested a rainbow rose decorated like another red on display in a plexiglass container with red powder, red gems and bow. I was told that the red gems had run out (as if it were not possible to take them from the many other ready roses), I was put very little red sand unlike the request that had at least triple it and without any bow. I paid 3 € more for a rainbow rose, but the friend with me for 3 € less received a classic rose but decorated as requested and with a totally different result.
