Non fa mai un sorriso, già tanto se dice buongiorno e grazie, tant'è che ieri gli ho fatto un piccolo favore e invece di ringraziare si è girato dall'altra parte. Sempre stato cosi. Se poi la gente da buoni voti, sarà perché ha tutti i giornali, come tutti i giornalai!!! Ma difficilmente mi rivedrà . TITOLO: COME PERDERE I CLIENTI. Il negozio è molto ordinato, in passato ho anche spedito pacchi in modo veloce con UPS. Son sei anni che la frequento, son davvero soddisfatta. Stamattina mi reco presso la tabaccheria per ritirare un pacco UPS di piccole dimensioni e vengo letteralmente insultata dal signore (oggi era l'ultimo giorno utile, ma ero comunque nei tempi corretti del ritiro). Vengo additata come "menefreghista" e "persona senza la testa che funziona sulle spalle", mi viene detto che la volta successiva per ogni giorno dopo l'arrivo del pacco mi sarebbero stati richiesti 1 euro in più per il "ritardo" e mi viene sottolineato che il suo negozio non è un magazzino. Sono rimasta sconvolta da un comportamento simile, essendomi posta in modo assolutamente educato ed essendomi anche scusata fin da subito del ritardo. Mi chiedo perchè il signore dia questo servizio se lo irrita così tanto avere a che fare con gli altri e trovarsi dei pacchi in negozio. Credo che un comportamento simile si commenti da solo. Sicuramente da oggi andrò da qualcuno con più voglia e bisogno di lavorare, mai più! Assolutamente sconsigliato! AWFUL! Rispetto dei tempi eccellente, entro e in 10 secondi sono fuori. Una volta un mio pacco è stato spedito da UPS presso questo punto e io mi sono perso la mail, l'ho ritirato dopo un paio di giorni senza problemi, scusandomi per l'attesa.
