Tempi di attesa lunghissimi (probabilmente si erano dimenticati del mio ordine), misure approssimative che impediscono la chiusura (bisogna sollevare il cancello per chiuderlo) e lo rendono esteticamente brutto. Ho provato a comunicare con la ditta ma non hanno neanche tentato di risolvere il problema, non tornerò mai più.
Bad service, I had a gate built but I'm not satisfied at all. Very long waiting times (they probably forgot about my order), approximate measures that prevent it from closing (you have to lift the gate to close it) and make it aesthetically ugly. I tried to communicate with the company but they didn't even try to solve the problem, I will never come back.
