★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella mansardina al centro della piccola Siracusa. Vicinissima ad Ortigia(circa 600 metri). L'host (Luca) si è rivelato disponibile e ci ha suggerito alcuni posti dove andare a mangiare. L' appartamento è carinissimo, con clima sia nel salotto che nella camera da letto. Ha un terrazzo veramente bello con tavolo e sedie sdraio. Dotato di tutto quello che vi occorre ; dal ferro da stiro al fon , dalla tv al wi-fi gratuito. Appena siamo arrivati, abbiamo trovato 1 acqua, 1 tè , le cialde per il caffè (c'è la macchinetta a modo mio della lavazza) e la biancheria per il bagno pulita. Difetti: beh. La zona è piena di zanzare (quindi armatevi di fornellini),siamo al 4° piano ma l'ascensore arriva al 3°,l'ultima scalinata si restringe a metà (palazzo vecchio quindi gradini alti e abbastanza scomodi ma per una coppia va bene),letto scomodo(il materasso è poggiato su una base in legno anziché sulle doghe). Ah dimenticavo 2 cose:
1) il posto auto lo trovate facilmente(Ortigia è un caos e ZTL a determinati orari)anche se avete a fianco una scuola(quindi periodi da settembre a maggio c'è un po' di caos), 2) avete a fianco la chiesa di San Tommaso al Phanteon ,che, il Sabato e la Domenica mattina vi svegliera con qualche rintocco di campane mattutino
 Beautiful attic in the center of small Syracuse. Very close to Ortigia (about 600 meters). The host (Luca) was helpful and suggested some places to eat. The apartment is very nice, with climate both in the living room and in the bedroom. It has a really nice terrace with table and deck chairs. Equipped with everything you need; from iron to hairdryer, from TV to free wi-fi. As soon as we arrived, we found 1 water, 1 tea, coffee pods (there is a lavazza machine in my own way) and clean bathroom linen. Faults: well. The area is full of mosquitoes (so arm yourself with stoves), we are on the 4th floor but the elevator reaches the 3rd, the last staircase narrows in half (old building so high and quite uncomfortable steps but for a couple it's fine ), uncomfortable bed (the mattress is resting on a wooden base instead of on the slats). Greetings and thanks.
Oh I forgot 2 things:
1) you can find the parking space easily (Ortigia is a chaos and ZTL at certain times) even if you have a school next to you (so periods from September to May there is a bit of chaos), 2) you have the church next to of San Tommaso al Phanteon, which, on Saturday and Sunday morning, wakes you up with some tolling of morning bells

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alloggiato per 10 giorni. Appartamento curato e pulito. Presenti tutte le comodità. Terrazza senza vista ma attrezzata, comoda e sfruttata durante tutta la vacanza. Proprietari super disponibili e gentili. Parcheggio gratuito tutto intorno allo stabile. Con una passeggiata per il vialone centrale si arriva a ortigia. Tornassi a Siracusa sicuramente tornerei qua!
Stayed for 10 days. Neat and clean apartment. Present all the amenities. Terrace without view but equipped, comfortable and used throughout the holiday. Super helpful and kind owners. Free parking all around the building. With a walk through the central avenue you get to Ortigia. Returning to Syracuse I would definitely return here!
