Iscritto ad innumerevoli candidature dove rispecchiavo tutto quello che cercavano, la valutazione di manpower era sempre stranamente non idoneo nonostante avessi esperienza di ben tre anni in quel lavoro..!! Really ashamed !! Subscribed to countless applications where I reflected everything they were looking for, manpower's evaluation was always strangely unsuitable despite having three years of experience in that job .. !!

Parlano e si comportano come se fossero l'unica agenzia interinale al mondo ad avere il potere di darti un lavoro. La cosa sconcertante è che ti mandano a fare un colloquio e poi SPARISCONO nel nulla. Se provi dopo settimane a richiamare ti liquidano con il solito "ti facciamo sapere" per sparire di nuovo. Inoltre hanno una gestione su infojobs allucinante. Mi sono arrivate in una sola volta notifiche di non idoneità ad annunci a cui ho risposto ben 9 mesi fa, non l'hanno nemmeno aperto il mio cv! Nessuna notifica di lettura avvenuta dopo l'invio ma direttamente la cancellazione dell'annuncio dopo secoli.Sono allibita Zero seriousness! Ti candidi allo stesso annuncio che mettono più e più volte, a volte ti mettono "avanzi al passo successivo" senza contattarti, altre volte ti mettono non idoneo, ti mettono non idoneo anche quando lo sei o hai già lavorato in quel posto. Se chiami e chiedi spiegazioni non te le sanno dare e chissà perché quelle che si occupano delle candidature online sono sempre occupate o non sono in filiale. The worst agency in Bologna. Mi viene chiesto due volte in che azienda lavoro, rispondo che per motivi di privacy personale preferisco non rispondere. Credo sia legittimo, sia perché non conosco l'azienda dell'offerta di lavoro, sia perché credo sia un'informazione da approfondire semmai in sede di colloquio conoscitivo. Mi viene sbattuto il telefono in faccia. Non credo sia un comportamento corretto, dovessi venire ricontattato avrò la cortesia di trattarli allo stesso modo. Ricevo un messaggio a nome della sig.na Bucci per un'offerta di lavoro, quindi chiamo più volte i recapiti telefonici forniti nel messaggio: la prima volta la mia chiamata non riceve risposta, la seconda viene rifiutata; la terza, indirizzata all'ufficio, la suddetta signorina chiede (per interposta persona, gentile e disponibile) di inviare il cv, senza neppure fornirmi i dettagli dell'offerta lavorativa che per messaggio mi chiedeva di ascoltare. Viste le premesse, ovviamente, non lascerò mai il cv nelle mani di chi non si confronta professionalmente coi clienti, ma li tratta - come si suol dire - come numeri.
