They call me for a job interview and they offered me a job, but because I didn't have a car of my own, they decided not to give me the job and couldn't call to tell me, I always called and I missed another opportunity of work because I thought of getting the job with them or maybe it was because of the color of my skin that they didn't give me.

Incompetent totals! To absolutely avoid! Not only did they not call back but they ignored emails and phone calls! at least they had the decency to answer.
