Dopo qualche giorno vengo contattata nuovamente dalla stessa persona per poter fare un colloquio in presenza con il responsabile. Il giorno del colloquio questo responsabile mi comunica che la posizione che stava ricercando non è la posizione per la quale mi sono candidata e per la quale questa persona mi ha contattata la prima volta. Il responsabile mi comunica che non è la prima volta che accade ciò con le persone convocate sempre tramite questa agenzia mentre la persona di Manpower con la quale ero in contatto mi comunica che solleciterà quanto accaduto e ciò che stavo dicendo non era vero. Ritengo il tutto assurdo in quanto ci sia una perdita di tempo per le persone, in questo me ma chiunque altro poteva essere, che sono alla ricerca di un lavoro. In più il colloquio viene effettuato in due momenti quindi si presume che l’agenzia deve sapere nel minimo dettaglio il profilo che l’azienda sta cercando. Invece no….
