★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale storico inserito tra le stradine al centro del Vomero. Ambientazione classica da pub "irlandese". Buona selezione di carni cotte e non bruciate sulla piastra. Abbiamo scelto la soluzione al piatto e probabilmente li abbiamo messi in difficoltà perché siamo stati serviti tardissimo. Cortese il personale ma insufficente. Prezzi nella media.
Historic restaurant inserted between the streets in the center of Vomero. Classic "Irish" pub setting. Good selection of cooked and not burnt meats on the plate. We chose the dish solution and probably put them in difficulty because we were served very late. The staff were courteous but insufficient. Average prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel posto peccato sia un po' nascosto. Birre buone anche se mi aspettavo di meglio, c'è tanta scelta nel menù e patatine col bacon buonissime.
Nice place, too bad it's a bit hidden. Good beers even if I expected better, there is a lot of choice on the menu and very good bacon chips.

Il problema, neanche tanto, è la vivibilità dell'esperienza. Che non mi si capisca male, non è sporco, le misure di sicurezza sono adeguate, così come i bagni, ma non è dosato il volume. Con volume intendo sia quello interno del locale, sia il rimbombo delle voci, essendo il locale seminterrato.
L'idea del locale seminterrato è lodevole, molta atmosfera, ma va rivisto un momento il piano acustico per questo tipo di struttura.
Immagino una persona affetta da acufene o da ostruzione dei canali uditivi entrare in questo locale e penso che si possa perdere ottima cucina e ottime birre.
4 stelle è più che soddisfacente, ma mi sono permesso un consiglio, auguro il meglio a questa attività
Great choice of beer and meat, nothing to say.
The problem, not even so much, is the livability of the experience. Don't get me wrong, it's not dirty, the safety measures are adequate, as are the bathrooms, but the volume is not dosed. By volume I mean both the internal one of the room and the rumble of voices, being the basement room.
The idea of the basement room is commendable, a lot of atmosphere, but the acoustic plan for this type of structure needs to be revised for a moment.
I imagine a person with tinnitus or a blocked ear can walk into this place and I think you can miss out on great food and great beers.
4 stars is more than satisfactory, but I took some advice, I wish the best in this business
