★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un vetro per un infisso, sono venuti tre volte una per le misure e due per installarlo (avevano costruito il vetro male), ho chiesto cortesemente di provvedere al più presto la risposta è stata, che dovevo aspettare un'altra settimana, punto.
Al secondo "round" hanno fatto centro, chiedo tuttavia uno sconto per il tempo che mi hanno fatto perdere la giornata con il vetro sbagliato, ma la signora non ha voluto accordarmi nemmeno un piccolo sconto.
Mi ha detto che hanno provveduto alla nuova fornitura e questo per loro bastava (come se l'errore l'avessi fatto io)....
Ad ogni modo pagamento fatto e cliente perso, passaparola finito.
I ordered a glass for a window frame, they came three times one for the measurements and two to install it (they had built the glass badly), I asked politely to provide as soon as possible the answer was, that I had to wait another week, period .
In the second "round" they hit the mark, however I ask for a discount for the time that made me miss the day with the wrong glass, but the lady didn't want to give me even a small discount.
He told me that they provided the new supply and this was enough for them (as if I made the mistake) ....
In any case, payment made and customer lost, word of mouth finished.
