Avevo ordinato il nome della mia nipotina e dopo 3 settimane torno in negozio e mi dicono in maniera cafona che non possono fare l'ordine solo per me (premetto che i soldi se li erano già intascati). Il risultato è stato che non ho ricevuto quello per cui ho pagato e per giunta al posto di scusarsi per non avermi avvertita hanno pure parlato da maleducate e quasi non mi volevano ridare i soldi. Mi dispiace ma per quanto i prodotti siano carini loro hanno assistenza e cura verso il cliente pari a 0, ed è in questi momenti che si vedono le vere competenze delle commesse non quando ti devono vendere qualcosa. I am sorry but as much as the products are nice they have assistance and care for the customer equal to 0, and it is in these moments that you see the real skills of the orders not when they have to sell you something.
