Contatto telefonicamente la carrozzeria nella persona di Gianluca Mancini che, con gentilezza, mi spiega che in base al mio danno descritto telefonicamente probabilmente non sarà possibile applicare quella tariffa, ma che avrei dovuto scattare delle foto del danno e trasmetterle via whatsapp al suo numero di telefono per ricevere un preventivo che sarebbe stato comunque a suo dire vantaggioso. Fatto ciò, ed atteso per mezza giornata una risposta, lo ricontatto al telefono e mi risponde che le foto le avrebbe guardate quella sera” e poi mi avrebbe fatto sapere. Da quel giorno mai più sentito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metterei anche zero stelle se fosse possibile. Avevo notato come altri un vaucer su Groupon. Prendo appuntamento per far valutare il danno e capire se l'offerta potesse essere utile o meno.. chiaramente era uno specchietto per le allodole.. ma ormai c'ero e ho chiesto comunque un preventivo. Vengo rimandata a casa con la parola che in 24 mi sarebbe arrivato il prezzo finale. Dopo una settimana e due solleciti ancora nulla. Veramente ridicoli. Ovviamente la mia macchina adesso è nelle mani di veri professionisti.

I am sent home with the word that the final price would arrive in 24. After a week and two reminders still nothing. Really ridiculous. Obviously my car is now in the hands of real professionals.
