★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca professionalità. Rimasta bloccata nell’ascensore, ho chiamato per assistenza e ho ricevuto risposte con tono scocciato e poco cortesi. Io penso che in questo lavoro si debba trasmettere tranquillità invece che rispondere come se tutti facessimo i tecnici di ascensore.
 Little professionalism. Stuck in the elevator, I called for assistance and received replies with an annoyed and unkind tone. I think that in this work we should transmit tranquility instead of responding as if we were all elevator technicians.
