Dopo circa 5 mesi (oggi 24.02.2022) la riporto per fare una carburazione. Mi risponde che non la fa e aggiunge che i carburatori di quelle motoseghe (cinesi) sono non scadenti, ma peggio e che dopo circa 10 ore cominciano ad avere dei problemi (se almeno le avessi fatte queste fatidiche 10 ore..). La motosega è in garanzia, non mi aspettavo la carburazione gratis ma un trattamento così no, anche perché nella vendita non mi è stato accennato minimamente di queste ore limitate. Pessima esperienza. I buy an economic chainsaw for €. 99.00 (for the small non-professional DIY). After about 5 months (today 24.02.2022) I carry it back to carry out a carburetion. He replies that he does not and adds that the carburetors of those (Chinese) chainsaws are not poor, but worse and that after about 10 hours they begin to have problems (if at least I had done these fateful 10 hours ..). The chainsaw is under warranty, I did not expect free carburetion but no such treatment, also because in the sale I was not mentioned in the slightest about these limited hours. Bad experience.
