L'impasto viene fatto lievitare più di 48 ore. Valuto nel complesso se una pizza è ottima se, oltre al sapore e alla consistenza, di notte non mi viene l'arsura, quindi, deve essere anche digeribile. Guardando i tavoli vicino che avevano ordinato il pesce, aveva un bell'aspetto. Da provare Per i prezzi, valuto facendo riferimento alla Margherita che nel menù non era presente ma, è ordinabile. La mia era con base Margherita, porcini, scamorza e radicchio rosso; prezzo 11€ Calice di prosecco 4€ Coperto 2€ Dolce 4€ Caffè 1,50€. PS Come si nota dalle foto, ogni tavolo ha affianco una presa per la corrente e una di ricarica USB, ottimo per chi ha bisogno di collegarci un PC per lavoro. L'ambiente è semplice e carino. Ho provato l' antipasto pizza e dolce tutto eccezionale e cosa importante dopo aver mangiato non ti senti appesantito. Tornerò presto x provare altri piatti. Beautiful location and well cared for, kind staff, even the owner nice person. I tried the pizza and dessert appetizer all exceptional and importantly after eating you don't feel heavy. Ci è stata portata una schiacciata bianca insieme al pane per cui posso dire che anche l'impasto della pizza è molto buono. Ci torneremo di sicuro. Found by chance, it was a very pleasant surprise. Alla cassa, al pagamento del conto, mi chiedono se il personale ci avesse offerto qualcosa per scusarsi (non lo hanno fatto). Ci saremmo aspettati forse qualcosa sul conto, che invece non c'è stato! Non lo pretendo, ma è una buona pratica indice di professionalità! A maggior ragione quando entriamo nel locale alle 20.20, ci portano i menù alle 20.40 , antipasti dopo 25 minuti. Le pizze sono uscite alle 22.15!!! E il locale non era nemmeno pieno. I camerieri non passavano nemmeno dai tavoli per darci spiegazioni di quel ritardo. E non eravamo solo noi ad avere il problema considerando che parlando col tavolo vicino hanno detto anche loro che la loro cena (pizza dolce e caffè) era stata un'odissea lunga ore! Piatti e pizza tutto sommato buoni. Ma il resto scandaloso! Bad experience. Starting from the most serious thing! FIND A SASSOLINO IN THE PIZZA !!! I piatti erano ben curati alla vista ed ottimi nel sapore, antipasto con ottimi prodotti, dal pesce crudo alle acciughe, il polpo ottima consistenza e cottura; la pizza leggermente troppo corta ed il profiterole un po' congelato all'interno, ma a parte questo il sapore era comunque ottimo. Prezzi lievemente alti ma visto i prodotti ed il servizio ci può assolutamente stare. Sicuramente ci torneremo anche con amici! Complimenti.
