Specialità della casa carne... peccato che il roast beef fosse per i 3/4 grasso. Piatti poco curati e in definitiva scarsi. M	Michele Guerra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cena di venerdì sera, ci accomodiamo in una sala moderna e curata, abbastanza piena ma la rumorosità è accettabile; vedo poi andando ai servizi che il locale è molto più ampio ma l'altra sala non è utilizzata. Iniziamo con un antipasto, gamberetti con chips di zucca e mandorle: ci arriva un'insalata che non ci aspettavamo, con gamberetti e ottime chips di zucca, nessuna traccia di mandorle, comunque simpatico preludio per la cena di carne che puntavano; prendiamo infatti una tagliata e un filetto, entrambi di carne argentina: presentazione discutibile, con il piatto ricoperto di foglioline di insalata ed erbe, ma carne tenerissima e cotta al sangue come richiesto. Per contorno chips di patate, un po' fredde. In abbinamento un cabernet accettabile per qualità prezzo (da una lista vini minimale). Servizio cortese, con ragazze carine e simpatiche, solo un po' svampite. La valutazione è un po' abbondante ma c'è un ottimo potenziale, inoltre con la primo The Fork abbiamo speso veramente poco. Dinner on Friday evening, we sit in a modern and well-kept room, quite full but the noise is acceptable; then I see going to the services that the place is much wider but the other room is not used. Let's start with an appetizer, prawns with pumpkin chips and almonds: we get a salad that we didn't expect, with shrimp and excellent pumpkin chips, no trace of almonds, anyway a nice prelude to the dinner of meat that they aimed for; in fact we take a cut and a fillet, both of Argentine meat: a questionable presentation, with the dish covered with salad leaves and herbs, but tender and blood-cooked meat as requested. As a side dish potato chips, a little cold. In combination a cabernet acceptable for price quality (from a minimal wine list). Friendly service, with nice and nice girls, just a little clumsy. The evaluation is a bit abundant but there is great potential, and with the first The Fork we spent very little.
