Locale non molto grande ma adatto a piccoli gruppi e a serate per un apericena o post-cena. Ho trovato delle bock interessanti con un bel profumo maltato con una punta di retrogusto dolce-amaro che ricorda il cacao (a volte mi era successo che altri locali non conoscevano cosa fossero le birre bock). Lo consiglio. An unexpected and interesting place in Pavona, a brewery with a tasty choice of snacks and beers of all kinds. Not very large but suitable for small groups and evenings for an aperitif or post-dinner. I found some interesting bocks with a nice malty scent with a bit of a bittersweet aftertaste reminiscent of cocoa (sometimes it happened to me that other locals didn't know what bock beers were). I advise.

Il tutto condito da una pulizia estrema, il che non guasta mai. Per quanto riguarda il cibo abbiamo mangiato un tagliere di formaggi locali e un ottimo panino con il pulled pork, veramente molto buono. Il proprietario è una persona molto tranquilla e che risponde a tutte le domande che uno gli pone in maniera sempre molto educata. Che dire per passere un ottima serata tranquilla all'insegna della buona birra è sicuramente molto consigliato??? The place is very beautiful, there is a really remarkable beer variety. The outdoor garden is very very nice and welcoming. All seasoned with extreme cleanliness, which never hurts. As for the food we ate a platter of local cheeses and a great sandwich with pulled pork, really very good. The owner is a very quiet person and answers all the questions that one always asks him in a very polite way. What to say to pass a great, quiet evening of good beer is certainly highly recommended???
