★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo molteplici chiamate ( e intendo passate 3 settimane ) finalmente hanno mandato qualcuno per fare il sopralluogo per un preventivo di installazione ascensore in uno stabile. Beh vi dirò, alla fine questo preventivo non è mai arrivato, nonostante siano passati 2 mesi (eh si proprio due mesi!) di chiamate imperterrite.
Direi che l'azienda ha molta professionalità nel mandare a quel paese i pseudo clienti e molta professionalità nel prenderli in giro telefonicamente. Proprio INDIGNATO!

after multiple calls (and I mean 3 weeks later) they finally sent someone to do the inspection for a quote for installing a lift in a building. Well I will tell you, in the end this quote never arrived, despite 2 months (yes, two months!) Of undeterred calls have passed.
I would say that the company has a lot of professionalism in sending pseudo customers to that country and a lot of professionalism in making fun of them by telephone. Really INDIGNANT!
