Su Pachino si trova una laboratorio-pasticceria davvero fantastico. Da mezzanotte in poi sforna dei soffici e morbidi cornetti che vengono riempiti, su richiesta, con svariate creme (eccellente la crema pasticcera e la crema al cioccolato). Da provare anche i Macallè, un panino di pasta fritta ricoperto di zucchero e farcito con creme a scelta, dolce tipico del posto.
Mallia ti lascia un dolce ricordo e la voglia di tornare al più presto in questi splendidi luoghi...

On Pachino there is a really fantastic pastry shop. From midnight onwards it produces fluffy and soft croissants that are filled, on request, with various creams (custard and chocolate cream are excellent). Also try the Macallè, a fried dough sandwich covered with sugar and filled with creams of your choice, a typical local dessert.
Mallia leaves you a sweet memory and the desire to return as soon as possible to these splendid places ...
