Posto fantastico, panorama mozzafiato, clima familiare molto confortevole, personale gentilissimo nonostante la maleducazione di tante persone, cibo di ottima qualità e buon prezzo ... Abbiamo prenotato per le 13.30 e ci hanno dato il tavolo alle 14.15 e alle 15 ci hanno portato i piatti tra l'altro molto miseri e un altro particolare importante è che in una malga non ti aspetti la polenta a fette.... Insomma molto deludente. Unfortunately very disorganized. We booked for 1.30pm and they gave us the table at 2.15pm and at 3pm they brought us the dishes, among other things, very poor and another important detail is that in a hut you don't expect sliced polenta .... In short, a lot disappointing.

Prenotiamo per il giorno di ferragosto per le 13.30 un tavolo all’aperto (in due): siamo stati un po’ in piedi e siamo stati palesemente ignorati dai gestori a cui chiedevamo informazioni per sederci visto che i tavoli erano tutti pieni. Alle 14.15 ci fanno accomodare all’interno e dopo circa 30 minuti ci chiedono cosa volessimo da mangiare. Riusciamo a mangiare per le 15.30 ma purtroppo un piatto non arriva poiché chi ha preso l’ordinazione non l’aveva segnato, mi viene chiesto se lo volessi comunque e, affamata, accetto: mai più. Un piatto di canederli freddi e mollicci. Chiedono scusa ma alla fine non ci offrono neanche un caffè nonostante i 50€ spesi in due, prezzo esagerato sia per la qualità che per la quantità. Ero già stata in questa malga e non mi ero trovata così bene ma avevo deciso di darle una seconda possibilità... Il mio consiglio è quello di non accettare prenotazioni aggiuntive se sapete di non riuscire a soddisfare a pieno i clienti che già avete e di prendere, soprattutto in giornate piene come ferragosto, un’altra persona nel servizio visto che molti clienti si sono lamentati o se ne sono andati. We book an outdoor table (in two) for the day of August for 13.30: we stood up for a while and were clearly ignored by the managers we asked for information to sit down as the tables were all full. At 2.15pm they make us sit inside and after about 30 minutes they ask us what we wanted to eat. We manage to eat by 3.30 pm but unfortunately a dish does not arrive because whoever took the order had not marked it, I am asked if I wanted it anyway and, hungry, I accept: never again. A plate of cold and mushy dumplings. They apologize but in the end they don't even offer us a coffee despite the € 50 spent in two, an exaggerated price both for quality and quantity. I had already been to this hut and I had not found myself so well but I had decided to give it a second chance ... My advice is not to accept additional bookings if you know that you are unable to fully satisfy the customers you already have and to take, especially on busy days like mid-August, another person in the service since many customers have complained or if they are gone.

Siamo clienti per i loro prodotti caseari e abbiamo chiamato telefonicamente prenotando 3 coperti esplicitamente all'aperto e all'ombra per pranzare, prenotazione confermata da chi ha risposto. Arrivati lì dopo 50km di auto, si sono persi la prenotazione che poi hanno ritrovato e ci propongono un posto da sedere al chiuso, che però non accettiamo vista la situazione sanitaria attuale, oppure uno all'aperto sotto il sole. Nessuna scusa e ci chiedono di aspettare che gli altri finiscano di pranzare con tempistiche indefinite. Visto che il luogo non è di passaggio ma siamo andati lì apposta e solo dopo aver prenotato, ci siamo sentiti presi in giro. Unfortunately not a good experience. Consigliabile anche per famiglie . M	Massimiliano Martinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci ero stato un po' di fretta l'anno scorso e già avevo apprezzato l'ottima cucina ed oggi dopo un'altra visita non posso che lasciare una recensione. Nonostante i numerosi clienti sono riusciti a darci un tavolo per 7 all'interno e la simpatica signora che si è occupata del servizio ci ha fatti sentire come a casa. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un pochino per avere i piatti ordinati, ma l'attesa è stata ampiamente ripagata dalla bontà del cibo casereccio. Anche i dolci, tutti fatti da loro, erano semplicemente deliziosi. I was in a bit of a rush last year and I already enjoyed the excellent cuisine and today after another visit I can only leave a review. Despite the numerous customers they managed to give us a table for 7 inside and the nice lady who took care of the service made us feel at home. We had to wait a bit to get the dishes ordered, but the wait was amply rewarded by the goodness of the homemade food. The desserts, all made by them, were also simply delicious.

La malga è veramente carina e fuori c'è una vista stupenda! Anche i proprietari sono persone molto gentili. Quando finite il pranzo potrete comprare anche prodotti tipici, formaggi e yogurt sono squisiti! What can I say ...
