Titolare molto attento alle regole covid permettendo l'entrata, giustamente, a pochi clienti alla volta. Peccato però che lui serva senza mascherina che inevitabilmente fa nascere in me un grande....mah! Needless to say, the cheeses are very good ... wide choice and availability to the board. AGGIORNAMENTO.... Leggo l'apprezzato pronto commento di Sebastiano... il titolare. E ciò -lo dico in verità- mentre mi sto gustando la fetta di "Blu di Mucca" tra quelle acquistate ieri... TOP, consigliatissimo!!! No Sebastiano, non chiedo mai "assaggi"...: letteratura a parte sul malcostume di coloro che assaggiano e non comprano nulla (uno dei motivi del mio imbarazzo quando mi capita di assistere a tali scene), ieri vi erano altri avventori in attesa... Insomma la proposta a mio vedere deve arrivare da lei... Poi certo, capisco, innescherebbe aspettative in tutti i clienti presenti in attesa. Complimenti cmq.... fate ottimi prodotti. Vivamente consigliata la visita. Super cheeses. Especially the blue with pistachio and berries. The very kind manager showed his passion in making particular cheeses. Good boy. The visit is highly recommended.

Ieri domenica probabilmente essendoci le feste c'era una straordinaria apertura che non dev'essere sinonimo di fregatura... Assaggi su richiesta, scontrino su richiesta(dopo un acquisto importante, non era stato emesso)... Ah si mi sono scordata di richiedere di etichettare i singoli pezzi, su cui a matita c'è scritto un prezzo senza saperne il peso... Prodotti di qualità, ma la fredda accoglienza e la poca limpidezza non mi farà tornare o consigliare ad altri. Qualità eccellente! Ammiro il produttore, oltre ad essere gentile e disponibile, per la passione con cui lavora e stagiona i suoi formaggi e devo dire che ne sono entusiasta. Non so indicare un formaggio che piaccia di più perchè mi piacciono tutti. Prossimo ordine per Roma per le festività pasquali!! :) Great cheeses !!! I gave away two supplies of cheeses from this hut and I tasted some of their products, reserving the right to taste them all !!! Excellent quality! I admire the producer, as well as being kind and helpful, for the passion with which he works and matures his cheeses and I must say that I am enthusiastic about him. I can't indicate a cheese that I like more because I like all of them. Next order for Rome for the Easter holidays !! :)
