A	Amministrazione Farmacia Colangelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza numero verde mi accorda il carro attrezzi gratuito. in concessionaria mi chiedono di pagarlo al momento della consegna dell'auto, senza menzionare la voce di spesa nel preventivo. per fortuna avevo con me 250 euro in piu altrimenti avrei dovuto lasciare li la macchina. Bad experience toll-free number grants me the free tow truck. at the dealership they ask me to pay it upon delivery of the car, without mentioning the expense item in the estimate. luckily I had 250 euros more with me otherwise I would have had to leave the car there.

Al mio arrivo da Lecce in concessionaria a Taranto, la vettura non era stata ancora preparata ( si presentava sporca e con le ruote sgonfie ed ero già stato in sede la settimana precedente e per questo motivo non avevo fatto la prova). Comunque usciamo per fare un giro. Al nostro ritorno ci accomodiamo per abbozzare un preventivo, ma noto subito il venditore un po' in difficoltà con il suo PC perché non trovava più la macchina: in sostanza la vettura ferma da mesi era sta venduta nello stesso momento che noi effettuavano il test dalla sede di Bari. Vista la situazione ci siamo alzati e siamo andati via in modo educato. Lo stesso venditore cercava di giustificare il tutto prospettando di avvisarci nell' eventualità che il finanziamento del potenziale acquirente non fosse a buon fine. Rating 0. S	Simone Bomba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prendo appuntamento per vedere un auto la mattina, nel primo pomeriggio mi parto da lecce percorro 80 km quando arrivo mi viene detto che l’auto era stata venduta 5 minuti prima del mio arrivo. Personalmente sono rimasto deluso e non la consiglio poca professionalità e scorrettezza da parte loro. I make an appointment to see a car in the morning, in the early afternoon I leave Lecce and drive 80 km when I arrive I am told that the car was sold 5 minutes before my arrival. Personally I was disappointed and I do not recommend the lack of professionalism and incorrectness on their part.
P	Piero birtolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 50 km per arrivare in officina sono giunto a Taranto al banco reception alle 18:01 e mi hanno rispedito indietro senza accettare la vettura (avevo anche dato fastidio ad un mio parente per farmi prelevare) d'altronde erano ancora in officina. Il giorno seguente mi sono di nuovo recato a Taranto ho lasciato l'auto pattuendo un preventivo 247€ e nel pomeriggio ricevo una telefonata dicendomi che il preventivo era aumentato di 100€, dopo due ore un'altra telefonata che mi ha di nuovo sgravato le 100€. Poi un'altra telefonata ancora mi avvisava della presenza di condensa nella pompa del diesel , quindi necessario il cambio del filtro diesel, e ovviamente do l'ok. Vado a ritirare l'auto e dopo 15 km la spia del rabbocco liquido nel radiatore. Quindi dopo 400€ non mi hanno controllato nemmeno i livelli. Avevo deciso di recarmi in questa officina provenendo da autoservice D'Elia ma credo che farò marcia indietro. I had decided to go to this workshop coming from autoservice D'Elia but I think I will back down. I am sorry

Hanno solo interesse nel vendere l'auto, dopo la vendita se si richiede assistenza tecnica loro pretendono altre somme in denaro nonostante il mezzo sia in garanzia e certificato da loro. Inoltre faccio questa recensione per esperienza personale negativa, dato che ho portato ripetutamente l'auto nella loro officina e non ho avuto l'assistenza gratuita che mi era dovuta. Sconsiglio l'acquisto di un auto in questo concessionario. Their service is absolutely not comparable to what they offer. They only have an interest in selling the car, after the sale if technical assistance is required they demand other sums of money despite the vehicle being under warranty and certified by them. Also I am doing this review from negative personal experience, as I repeatedly took the car to their workshop and did not get the free assistance that was due to me. I do not recommend buying a car at this dealership.
