L ergonomia di un orientamento orizzontale la rende scomoda durante i tragitti a piedi infatti urta fastidiosamente sulla coscia. Ma più grave è il materiale con cui è fatta la scatola di una plastica extra rigida che al minimo urto di scheggia con delle cerniere fatte male che non permettono il ribaltamento completo che si sono rotte pressoché subito. Ho altri strumenti makita ma tutti contenuti in scatole di tipo plastica flessibile. Come professionista se mi aumentavate il costo complessivo non avrei fatto storie. Non capisco proprio la vostra scelta in prodotto al top di gamma con una scatola scarsa se si confronta con altri vostri avvitatori di livello inferiore ma contenuti in scatole di alluminio. Ho acquistato a febbraio 2018 una roto orbitale Bo6050j . A settembre la stessa si durante un lavoro di sgrezzatura si è bloccata di colpo girandomi addirittura il polso. Ovviamente l'ho data al mio rivenditore in assistenza con la rassicurazione da parte dello stesso, che Makita gestisce le riparazioni nel giro di 15 giorni. Ad oggi 06/12/2018 sono ancora senza macchina. Il rivenditore se ne lava le mani. Chiamo Makita due volte e ti dicono che il pezzo (un cuscinetto particolare dicono) è in viaggio su un conteiner. Alla domanda "quindi quando me la restituite??" rispondono NON LO SAPPIAMO. Io cosa devo rispondere?? VERGOGNA ...SIETE RIMASTI AGLI ANNI OTTANTA . Inoltre una ditta seria dopo tutto questo tempo avrebbe sostituito la macchina. BOSCH lo fa. Voi siete scarsi. Intanto per ovviare ho comprato una bellissima roto orbitale BOSCH per l 'appunto. 0 assistance. Ho dovuto acquistarne uno nuovo.. Se fosse dipeso da makita avrei perso il lavoro... E poi dicono che è x via del trasloco... Ma quanto dura questo trasloco???? Vergognatevi!!! Fortunatamente oggi lavoro grazie all impegno da parte della vs concorrenza.
