Nonostante fosse stata effettuata una prova in precedenza, nel giorno delle mie nozze l'acconciatura è durata solo qualche ora e dopo la cerimonia si è quasi completamente sciolta. I tempi d'attesa del salone sono comunque abbastanza lunghi. Quando ho riportato l'accaduto al proprietario, piuttosto che scusarsi per il brutto lavoro svolto, cercava di giustificarsi con mille scuse diverse, dando persino la colpa ai miei capelli (abbastanza fini e mossi, ma oltre a questo non particolarmente strani) per non aver retto l'acconciatura. Dopo essermi confrontata con altri parrucchieri, mi è stato confermato che ovviamente è responsabilità di ogni parrucchiere conoscere le tipologie di capello e saperli trattare adeguatamente. Ovviamente questa è stata un'ulteriore conferma della poca professionalità. Consiglio vivamente ad ogni sposa di evitare questo salone se ha in mente un acconciatuta raccolta. Le ragazze che ci lavorano sono comunque molto gentili, magari hanno solo bisogno di fare un po' più esperienza. I went to this salon for a bridal hairstyle, which ended badly. When I reported the incident to the owner, rather than apologizing for the bad work he had done, he tried to justify himself with a thousand different excuses, even blaming my hair (quite fine and wavy, but not particularly strange in this respect) for not having the hairstyle is right. After confronting myself with other hairdressers, it was confirmed to me that it is obviously the responsibility of every hairdresser to know the types of hair and to know how to treat them properly. Obviously this was further confirmation of the lack of professionalism. I strongly advise every bride to avoid this salon if she has a neat collection in mind. The girls who work there are still very nice, maybe they just need to do a little more experience.
