★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato, verbalmente, un appartamento per il periodo natalizio, dopo aver parlato telefonicamente con la titolare, con la promessa di mandare una successiva mail alla quale avrebbe risposto confermando la prenotazione e inviando le coordinate per il bonifico di caparra. Mail prontamente inviata. Dopo tre giorni e vari tentativi di (ri)contatto, finalmente riesco a parlare nuovamente con la titolare che mi comunica che l'appartamento non è più disponibile! Mi suggerisce un'eventuale altra collocazione con date diverse e importo diverso! Per carità, si è scusata, ma questa cosa mi ha messo in difficoltà, visto il periodo dove quasi tutte le strutture sono occupate. Non si fa così, mi dispiace.

Suggest me another possible location with different dates and different amount! Mai più! Se la struttura è pubblicata sui maggior siti della val di Fassa non puoi rispondere che contattare un privato a quest'ora è maleducazione
