★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful hospitality! Very well maintained.We had special requests placed for our elderly parents and it was fulfilled. Booking, directions to the hotel, information on public transport, restaurant suggestions - all managed remotely via WhatsApp.

The owner is really nice and helpful.
The room we had was great with the view on the canal.
It's well situated as well 5 to 10 Minutes walk to saint Mark plaza.
I would recommend it the prices aren't that bad for venise.
Next to it there's a plaza with a cafe and restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 2 nights in May. The location was excellent. Just off the grand canal and a short walk from the Rialto bridge. Our boat from the airport (linea aranci) dropped us off about 2/3 mins walk away. The facilities were excellent, comfy bed, fridge, kettle, air conditioner and ensuite. There was WiFi which was very good. For the location and the facilities the price was excellent it really is right in the middle of the city! Being on a side canal it was very quiet. The property was tricky to find but that was mostly our inexperience of navigating Venice.
Upon arrival we were let in the main door via the intercom and found our room key on the side. A particularly nice touch was a full list of instructions in our own language, WiFi passwords etc. On the second day a lovely Philippino man (who’s name I have sadly forgotten) met us in the lobby to make sure everything was ok. Unfortunately the card payment system was down, however he was happy for us to bring back cash when we returned from our day out. Overall a very positive experience. A lovely hotel, great staff, excellent location and a very good deal for Venice. Would recommended highly and would return.
