★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, dopo aver chiesto un preventivo l'11/08, chiedo i tempi di consegna, mi viene detto che prendono gli ordini dal 31/08 e poi ci vogliono dalle 3 alle 5 settimane. Chiedo gentilmente in data 13/08 se fosse possibile garantirmi il montaggio entro metá settembre, senza ricevere risposta. Oggi 20/08 chiedo nuovamente via mail la stessa cosa e mi viene detto "come già annunciato via e-mail,
non possiamo dare una
risposta vincolante sui tempi di consegna". 1) io non ho mai ricevuto risposta o comunicazione da questa ditta che non puó dare risposta vincolante sui tempi di consegna 2) una risposta alla mail senza che dovessi sollecitare, potevano darla 3) ho proposto in alternativa di risentirci per un nuovo preventivo per febbraio/marzo e neanche lì ho avuto riscontro.
Bad experience, after asking for a quote on 11/08, I ask for delivery times, I am told that they take orders from 31/08 and then it takes 3 to 5 weeks. I kindly ask on 13/08 if it was possible to guarantee me the assembly by mid-September, without receiving an answer. Today 08/20 I ask the same thing again by e-mail and I am told "as already announced by e-mail,
we cannot give one
binding reply on delivery times ". 1) I have never received a reply or communication from this company that cannot give a binding reply on delivery times 2) a reply to the email without having to request it, they could give it 3) I proposed an alternative to resent for a new quote for February / March and not even there I had feedback.
