ma una volta che il cliente ( Vostro) NON né necessita , Voi NON ridate la " caparra ".!!
Adesso io ho 2 chiavette ( una mia e una di mia moglie ) ...devo buttarle ?

I would like to know why the key for coffee & drinks, you make the customer pay (on delivery mention the word "deposit"),
but once the customer (yours) does NOT need it, you DO NOT give back the "deposit". !!
Now I have 2 keys (one of mine and one of my wife) ... do I have to throw them away?
