★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale incompetente e agenzia poco professionale mi hanno da poco bussata a citofono ho chiesto chi era e non hanno risposto scendo giù e trovo la cartolina di giacenza nella cassetta postale. Assurdo sono incazzatissima per non perdere tempo loro ad aspettare che scendessi devo perdere io tempo ad andare a ritirare la raccomandata in agenzia di Via Dante Alighieri a Giugliano in Campania (Na).
Inoltre hanno messo sulla cartolina un orario falso le 13,10 (che tra l'altro ancora non sono)quando invece erano le 12,00 che mi hanno bussato.
Questa non è la prima volta che succede che bussano lasciano le cartoline e se ne vanno senza rispondere.
