★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo a scrivere purtroppo una recensione negativa perché il servizio clienti in questa sede è inesistente: non rispondono mai al telefono, e per ben 2 volte un pacco spedito pagando ben 16 euro è arrivato a destinazione dopo una settimana. Ci sono corrieri con prezzi più onesti e servizio migliore sul mercato.
Unfortunately, I find myself writing a negative review because the customer service here is non-existent: they never answer the phone, and for 2 times a package sent by paying a good 16 euros arrived at its destination after a week. There are couriers with more honest prices and better service on the market.

Ho chiamato il 19/02 alle 15.30 ca per avere informazioni per una mancata consegna e sono stata aggredita verbalmente dall'interlocutore.
Dopo di me ha chiamato il mittente del pacco a cui è stato addirittura chiuso il telefono in faccia.
Evidentemente competenza e professionalità sono un optional.
Bad phone support. Rude and rude operators.
