★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa sede ha un servizio impreciso e poco professionale.Il pacco in partenza per gli Stati Uniti il 23/3/18 è arrivato a destinazione il 12/4/18.Ragione del ritardo:l'importatore(mail box)sulla fattura non ha indicato la lunghezza e la larghezza del pacco !non ho parole solo che non lo consiglio affatto molto meglio rivolgersi direttamente a FedEx!
This office has an inaccurate and unprofessional service. The package leaving for the United States on 23/3/18 arrived at its destination on 12/4/18. Reason for delay: the importer (mail box) on the invoice did not indicated the length and width of the package! I have no words but I do not recommend it at all much better to contact FedEx directly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono andato due volte per spedire dei pacchi negli USA ed entrambe le volte mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero inviato il tracking number per email ma ho dovuto chiamare io in entrambi i casi per poterlo ricevere. Inoltre mi aveva detto che il pacco sarebbe arrivato dopo un giorno ( ero già incredulo su questo), ma è arrivato dopo una settimana. Una settimana è un tempo più che accettabile, ma almeno dimmi la verità o informatevi meglio prima di parlare. A parte questo, il ragazzo che mi ha servito è stato davvero gentile.
I went there twice to send packages to the US and both times they told me that they would send me the tracking number by email but I had to call in both cases to be able to receive it. He also told me that the package would arrive after one day (I was already incredulous about this), but it arrived a week later. A week is a more than acceptable time, but at least tell me the truth or find out more before speaking. Apart from that, the guy who served me was really kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo ricevere due pacchi dal corriere UPS ( pessimo ) il quale diceva di esser passato da me e di non avermi trovato. Il giorno dopo ha rilasciato i pacchi presso Mail Boxes Etc di Viale Colli Aminei in quanto UPS Access point. Ho chiamato per richiedere informazioni e sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili. L'ufficio è situato in un posto facilmente raggiungibile. Infine il ritiro del pacco è stato veramente veloce e facile, il che oggi non è scontato. Bravi
I had to get two parcels from the (bad) UPS courier who said he came by and couldn't find me. The next day it released the packages at Mail Boxes Etc in Viale Colli Aminei as a UPS Access point. I called to inquire and they were very friendly and helpful. The office is located in an easily accessible place. Finally, the collection of the package was really fast and easy, which is not a given today. Well done

Quest'ufficio si presenta grande e ben organizzato.
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a dare le opportune informazioni in merito alle modalità e tempistiche di spedizione dei colli e delle raccomandate.
Ogniqualvolta ho richiesto i servizi di Mail Boxes non sono mai stato deluso: velocità di spedizione e precisione del tracking sono sempre state qualità che hanno contraddistinto quest'attività.
I prezzi sono allineati alla concorrenza e comunque adeguati al servizio reso.
Il locale si raggiunge con facilità tramite il servizio locale di autobus ?.
Meno semplice è il parcheggio ? dell'auto su Viale Colli Aminei, perennemente intasato.
Giudizio globale ottimo.
