★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto stampare una dispensa di 95 pagine fronte-retro a colori e l’ho fatta rilegare a pressione. Ho inviato il file via email e sono andata a ritirarlo già stampato. 62€.
Ho chiesto allora quanto costasse a facciata una stampa: 0,60€. 1,20€ a foglio!
Cercando di capire se fosse stato commesso un errore, invio una e-mail a cui mi rispondono celermente, spiegandomi che sì, costa 0,60€ a facciata (in altri posti mi è capitato di pagare 0,05€ a facciata, arrivando anche 0,30€, nei più cari, con una buona/ottima qualità) e la giustificazione al prezzo così elevato è stata: “noi per le stampe a colori utilizziamo macchine ad elevata qualità di stampa” mentre io, sfogliando le pagine della dispensa, ho riscontrato una carta di scarsa qualità e le immagini sgranate (che mi sarebbe anche potuto andar bene, ma non a quel prezzo).
Oltretutto, sul sito manca il listino prezzi e, offrendo il servizio di inviare via mail i file, sarebbe utile avere un’idea di che prezzo si pagherà.
Ho peccato d’ingenuità non chiedendo il preventivo prima ma avevo urgenza delle stampe e non pensavo di arrivare a una tale cifra.
Ovviamente non usufruirò più dei loro servizi.
I had a handout of 95 double-sided color pages printed and pressure-bound. I emailed the file and went to collect it already printed. € 62.
I then asked how much a print cost per side: € 0.60. € 1.20 per sheet!
Trying to understand if a mistake had been made, I send an e-mail to which they reply quickly, explaining that yes, it costs € 0.60 per side (in other places I happened to pay € 0.05 per side, even arriving € 0.30, in the most expensive ones, with good / excellent quality) and the justification for the high price was: "we use high-quality printing machines for color prints" while I, leafing through the pages of the pantry, I encountered poor quality paper and grainy images (which might have been fine with me, but not at that price).
Furthermore, the website lacks the price list and, by offering the service of sending the files via email, it would be useful to have an idea of what price you will pay.
I was naïve by not asking for a quote first, but I was in urgent need of printing and I didn't think I would reach such a figure.
Obviously, I will no longer use their services.
