★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è cortese e mi sono trovato bene, in situazioni precedenti, questa volta ho consegnato un pacco per ritiro da parte di UPS e il giorno seguente me lo sono visto riconsegnare a casa da Sda!
Riporto il pacco a Mail Boxes e, appurato che probabilmente la confusione è tra il personale di UPS e Sda, ma con certezza non mi è dato sapere, ritengo che almeno un accenno di scuse per il disagio fosse dovuto. Invece nulla.
The staff is courteous and I was fine, in previous situations, this time I delivered a package for collection by UPS and the following day I saw it delivered home by Sda!
I report the package to Mail Boxes and, having ascertained that the confusion is probably between the UPS and SDA staff, but with certainty I am not told, I believe that at least a hint of apology for the inconvenience was due. Instead nothing.
