★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe opportuno stabilire un orario, anche solo di 30 minuti al giorno, in cui rispondere alle chiamate telefoniche. In 30 giorni, infatti, non sono riuscito ad avere risposta, pur provando a telefonare più volte al giorno in orari di apertura.
It would be advisable to set a time, even just 30 minutes a day, in which to answer telephone calls. In fact, in 30 days I could not get an answer, even though I tried to call several times a day during opening hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto a che fare con il titolare uomo skifoso ,,ho fatto una spedizione mai più,la cosa che mi meraviglia come un’azienda come la Mailbox non lo fa chiudere a questo se si può definire Cristiano ,,appena scendo dalla Germania passerò a salutarti stai tranquillo

Che dire mai più ipacchi per giungere a destinazione (italia) quindi parliamo di spedizioni Nazionali che inpiegano più di 10 giorni. Attualmente sto ancora aspettando un pacco da circa 9 giorni con all interno del cibo. Che dire il pacco evidentemente arriva a piedi. In più servizio post vendita pari a 0. Complimenti per la vostra Scarsa professionalità.. Chiederei subito un riborso. SCONSIGLIATO VIVAMENTE A TUTTI.
This is not the first time I have shipped a package through your company. What to say never more parcels to reach their destination (Italy) so we are talking about National shipments that take more than 10 days. I am currently still waiting for a package for about 9 days with food inside. What about the package obviously arrives on foot. In addition after-sales service equal to 0. Congratulations on your Poor professionalism .. I would immediately ask for a refund. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
