★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio padre mi ha spedito un tv plasma 60 pollici a febbraio, il pacco è arrivato dopo 10 giorni rotto ed aperto con addirittura l'assenza del telecomando samsung. Il responsabile di mail box mi ha aperto la pratica di reclamo dicendo di non poter fare nulla, oggi sono passati 8 mesi e del reclamo non si sa ancora nulla. Ogni volta che chiamo in negozio mi dicono che il responsabile non c'è. Io sinceramente non so più cosa pensare e come comportarmi sinceramente i soldi del reclamo possono anche tenerseli, loro hanno perso e stanno perdendo clientela non io. Poco affidabili.
My father sent me a 60 inch plasma TV in February, the package arrived after 10 days broken and opened with even the absence of the samsung remote control. The mail box manager opened the complaint procedure to me saying he could not do anything, today 8 months have passed and nothing is known about the complaint yet. Every time I call the shop they tell me that the manager is not there. I honestly do not know what to think and how to act sincerely the money of the claim can also keep them, they have lost and are losing customers not me. Not very reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spedizione internazionale di volumi pregiati nuovi. Li ho fatti imballare da loro appositamente per avere una imbottitura maggiore tra i volumi con la plastica da imballaggi. Non ero rpesente all imballaggio. Ovviamente non hanno messo nessuna plastica da imballaggi tra i volumi ma solo all esterno del pacco per farmi contento. Durante la spedizione i libri sono stati sballottolati qua e la. Allego foto delle rilegature e del fascicolatore di due dei volumi.
International shipment of new valuable volumes. I had them specially packaged by them to have more padding between volumes with packaging plastic. I was not keen on packing. Obviously they didn't put any packaging plastic between the volumes but only on the outside of the package to make me happy. During the expedition, the books were tossed around here and there. I enclose photos of the bindings and the collator of two of the volumes.

Un consiglio al proprietario : è inutile rispondere in modo piccato alle recensioni. Si scusi e faccia il possibile per risolvere i problemi arrecati all'utenza. Anche se non siete direttamente responsabili comunque siete lo store che ha trattato la spedizione. Mi auguro che dopo 2 mesi sollecitiate le Fedex. Non bisogna solo sollecitare, ma avere una risposta concreta.
