★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se volete provare la peggior sensazione di presa in giro affidate una spedizione alla sopra indicata azienda e inizierà il vostro calvario.
Ho spedito il pacco il 25 settembre perchè gli impiegati mi avevano garantito la consegna in 2 giorni lavorativi.
Ad oggi ne sono passati 8 e ancora la consegna non sono riusciti a farla.
Ho pagato 60€ per essere preso per il culo e per dover, se mai il pacco verrà consegnato, buttare via tutta la roba che c'è dentro poichè si trattava di roba alimentare.
Ho chiamato più volte e la risposta era sempre la stessa: stia tranquillo il pacco verrà consegnato oggi.
Questa è la professionalità di cui vantano questi signori.

I sent the package on September 25th because the employees guaranteed delivery in 2 working days.
As of today, 8 have passed and the delivery still failed to do so.
I paid € 60 to be taken for a ride and to have to, if ever the package will be delivered, throw away all the stuff inside because it was food stuff.
I called several times and the answer was always the same: don't worry, the package will be delivered today.
This is the professionalism of these gentlemen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in sede per chiedere un prezzo per spedire due pacchi in Inghilterra . 60 -70 euro. Ho preso un giorno libero , ho portato i pacchi lì. 120 Euro . Sono stato pure offeso che non so leggere l'italiano , ma se abbiamo chiesto prima , non c'era niente da leggere . Sconsiglio fortemente di lavorare con questi . Non hanno i prezzi esposte in modo chiaro , non hanno un comportamento di persone educati .
We were there to ask for a price to send two parcels to England. 60 -70 euros. I took a day off, I brought the parcels there. 120 Euros. I was also offended that I can't read Italian, but if we asked before, there was nothing to read. I strongly advise against working with these. They don't have prices clearly displayed, they don't behave polite people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 mesi fa gli affido un pacco da spedire a Bresci. costo 40 euro! pacco perduto, inutile scambi di mail, nessun rimborso. A norma di legge mi spetta il rimborso del valore del contenuto, pari a 150 euro, ma nulla. A malapena hanno rimborsato il costo della spedizione. zero assunzione di responsabilità, sottozero attenzione e cura del cliente, nonostante si parli di 150 euro!
4 months ago I gave him a parcel to be sent to Bresci. cost 40 euros! lost package, useless mail exchanges, no refunds. I have been using them for years and have never had any delivery problems. Over time through the Mail Boxes shop in Via Amendola, I have sent packages to Canada, France and Luxembourg. Everything always perfect. Very nice staff.

Qualcuno può per favore chiamare dove era esattamente e cosa è successo a riguardo. per favore, mailbox fai qualcosa, smettila di dire di non preoccuparti.
i am so worried about my package. I ship it on December 22, 2021. So far the package hasn't arrived yet. tomorrow is January 22nd. 1 month to be exact. Can someone please call where exactly it was and what happened about it. please mailbox do something, stop saying don't worry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dreadful. We use couriers all round the world and never had a problem until we used this branch of MBE. The (antique) package arrived broken. Accidents do happen, of course, but trying to make a post-accident claim is a joke; attempts to contact the company to resolve the issue generally ignored or told not received. Most unhelpful and totally unprofessional.
