Abbiamo spedito con largo anticipo due bagagli, uno arrivato in tempo l'altro non consegnato perché - a detta del titolare - il pacco risultava troppo ingombrante. la settimana successiva, avrei voluto spedire gli stessi bagagli e,improvvisamente, il prezzo è lievitato del doppio. A questo punto direi che se non si è in grado di svolgere il proprio lavoro, meglio lasciarlo alle persone competenti. Non-existent service! Preferirei far km piuttosto che avere a che fare con loro!
