Io ho prenotato 2,5 kg di trippa e me ne sono stati tenuti da parte solo 2 kg, in più non rispettando la mia effettiva richiesta. Se chiedo stomaco e mille foglie non cerchi di rifilarmi il budello che a me non piace e che a questo punto non posso fare altro che prendere perché altrimenti non so come altro fare, dal momento che mi sono fidata e non ho cercato altrove. Tanto valeva non prenotare.
Great meat, a little too casual service.
I booked 2.5 kg of tripe and only 2 kg of it were kept aside, plus not respecting my actual request. If I ask for a stomach and a thousand leaves, don't try to trim the gut that I don't like and that at this point I can't help but take because otherwise I don't know what else to do, since I trusted it and have not looked elsewhere. We might as well not book.
