Excellent restaurant, competent and always kind staff, always abundant dishes cooked by people who know the kitchen, and pizza that is tasty made by those who know it. Good.

Però il locale è stracolmo di gente (il controllo del green pass viene effettuato sempre ma, di fatto, siamo uno addosso all’altro) e il sistema di ricambio dell’aria funziona male perché c’era una cappa e una puzza di fritto tali da costringermi ad uscire a prendere aria. Quindi ci rivedremo d’estate.. Enjoyable pizza, with crunchy dough and good ingredients. But the place is full of people (the green pass is always checked but, in fact, we are on each other) and the air exchange system works badly because there was a hood and a smell of fried food such to force me to go out and get some air. Ambiente molto Familiare personale cortese veloce e molto preparato sui piatti che ci sono stati serviti. Partendo dall antipasto misto della casa composto da 6 portate molto particolare e curato nella presentazione insieme alle tartare consigliatissime accompagnati da una focaccia croccante. Abbiamo proseguito con due primi classici romani impeccabili e la guancia al vino rosso consigliata dalla cameriera ( abbiamo fatto Bene a seguire il suo consiglio) e una pizza classica romana fina e ben condita con VERA bufala. (doveroso il. Bis assaggiando anche una pinsa davvero buona). Per finire dolce fatto in casa amaro e caffè. Conto in linea con la qualità alta del locale e della serata Passata. Sicuramente 4 clienti conquistati, torneremo per assaggiare anche gli altri piatti. We had dinner a few nights ago in this very nice and welcoming place with a couple of friends. A real find. Very familiar environment, courteous staff, fast and very prepared on the dishes that were served. Starting from the mixed house appetizer consisting of 6 very particular courses and cared for in the presentation together with the highly recommended tartare accompanied by a crispy focaccia. We continued with two impeccable Roman first classics and the red wine cheek recommended by the waitress (we were right to follow her advice) and a fine classic Roman pizza well seasoned with REAL buffalo. (the. Bis tasting also a really good pinsa). To finish, homemade bitter dessert and coffee. Account in line with the high quality of the venue and the evening passed. Surely 4 conquered customers, we will come back to taste the other dishes as well. Thanks to the owners for the attention and friendliness they showed us at the time of payment is not for everyone. Per non parlare della carbonara, probabilmente la più buona che abbia mai mangiato. Guancia al vino rosso morbidissima e succulenta Vino della casa davvero buono. In generale tutti prodotti caserecci e di qualità. Per di più ospitalità e cortesia del personale impeccabile. Tutti davvero cortesi e disponibili cameriere e proprietario in particolare. The pizzas were top - get the Bufala DOP, great cheese makes a great pizza - and the house special white pizza is to die for. We also had the bruschetta, some pasta a la grecia (which I would also recommend) and a perfectly cooked beef steak. I'm not sure that you can choose something from the menu and not enjoy it. The staff were patient, friendly and accommodating. Our host explained the parts of the menu which we could not translate - and even helped us to charge our phones while we ate. I would recommend Magnafoco to anyone looking for authentic, well priced and most importantly delicious Italian food in Ostia.
