★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La roba arriva, ma a volte si sbagliano e ne arriva meno di quella ordinata (di certo mai in più?). Ordinati 60pz e arrivati 35pz e non c'è modo di ottenere rimborso perché loro ti dicono che è tutto regolare e non risultano difetti da bolla e peso del pacco, avrebbero persino i video dell'imballaggio (che però non possono farti vedere x la privacy). A voi la risposta...
 The stuff arrives, but sometimes they are wrong and it arrives less than the ordered one (certainly never more?). Ordered 60pcs and arrived 35pcs and there is no way to get a refund because they tell you that everything is regular and there are no bubble defects and weight of the package, they would even have the videos of the packaging (which, however, cannot show you x privacy ). The answer is yours ...

Il probelma è che ho ordinato 11 felpe ma ne sono arrivate 10 e non è possibile avere un rimborso o che ne sia inviata un'altra siccome dicono che a loro non risultano felpe mancanti. Non so che dire, ma io ne ho 10 e non 11 quindi sicuramente non effettuerò un altro ordine.

The problem is that I ordered 11 sweatshirts but 10 have arrived and it is not possible to get a refund or send another one as they say that they are not missing sweatshirts. I don't know what to say, but I have 10 and not 11 so surely I won't make another order.
