Il loro sito è molto chiaro e ben fatto, i prezzi sono onestissimi e hanno un ottimo servizio clienti.
Ho eseguito un preordine sul sito pagando con Paypal, che ha inserito l'indirizzo del vecchio ufficio automaticamente, sovrascrivendo quello di casa che avevo inserito. Li ho chiamati per chiedere informazioni su come modificare l''indirizzo di consegna e, con grande cortesia, hanno modificato l'indirizzo di spedizione al volo per telefono, nel giro di 1 minuto. Consigliatissimi!

Mi arriva il gioco difettato( le carte da gioco sono in un altra lingua rispetto all italiano) prima se ne lavano le mani dicendomi che mi devo rivolgere alla casa produttrice, dopo che la casa mi conferma che non sanno quando possono spedirmi le carte in italiano perché hanno dei problemi di produzione(anche mesi) richiedo il rimborso e mi continuano a palliare con scuse assurde proponendomi uno sconto del 20% sul gioco. Ma che cavolo me ne faccio di uno sconto se ho il gioco in polacco??? Che proposta è? Voglio il rimborso! È un mio diritto. Ultima risposta: sentono loro la casa produttrice...prima se ne lavano le mani ora hanno l interesse. Ma a me non me ne frega più nulla..voglio i soldi indietro. Siete imbarazzanti
Such a thing has never happened. Got a board game via amazon. I get the defective game (the playing cards are in another language than Italian) first they wash their hands and tell me that I have to contact the manufacturer, after the house confirms that they do not know when they can send me the cards in Italian because they have production problems (even months) I request a refund and they continue to palliate me with absurd excuses by offering me a 20% discount on the game. What the hell am I going to do with a discount if I have the game in Polish ??? What proposal is it? I want a refund! It is my right. Last answer: they hear the manufacturer ... first they wash their hands now they have an interest. But I don't care anymore .. I want my money back. You are embarrassing

Le consegne sono sempre state puntuali, imballaggi adeguati e prodotti integri ma soprattutto tempistiche rispettate.
Qualche volta ho chiamato il call center servizio clienti per avere delle informazioni sui miei ordini in sospeso e ho sempre ricevuto le informazioni prontamente e con grande cortesia.
Unico punto che può essere migliorato secondo me è il sito web in particolare nella parte del profilo personale dove si può vedere lo stato di avanzamento degli ordini che ho visto fatto meglio altrove.
Ma sono certo che Magic Merchant provvederà in futuro a questa ottimizzazione.
Ottimo lavoro, consigliato a tutti senza dubbio.
I have already purchased several times from this shop.
Deliveries have always been punctual, adequate packaging and intact products but above all respected deadlines.
Sometimes I have called the customer service call center to get information about my pending orders and have always received the information promptly and with great courtesy.
The only point that can be improved in my opinion is the website in particular in the part of the personal profile where you can see the progress of the orders that I have seen done better elsewhere.
But I'm sure Magic Merchant will do this in the future.
Great job, recommended to everyone without a doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il database non sempre è aggiornato per quanto riguarda le carte un pò più vecchie dei primi anni 2000; su cinque ordini fatti, per tre volte alcune carte risultavano in realtà mancanti. Ciò che mancava è sempre stato rimborsato in automatico nel momento della presa in carico. Tuttavia, ritrovandomi con dei mazzi incompleti, sono stato obbligato a cercare le carte mancanti altrove (faticando un pò essendo vecchie) e ovviamente ripagando di nuovo la spedizione. Per il resto spedizione veloce, carte in condizioni ottime se non perfette, prezzi buoni e personale gentile e molto disponibile. Sarebbe bello, se fosse possibile, ricevere una mail con scritto ciò che eventualmente manca prima che l'ordine vanga evaso, dando così la possibilità di fare una sostituzione.

What was missing was always automatically reimbursed at the time of taking charge. However, finding myself with incomplete decks, I was forced to look for the missing cards elsewhere (struggling a little being old) and obviously paying for the shipping again. Otherwise fast shipping, cards in excellent if not perfect condition, good prices and kind and very helpful staff. It would be nice, if it were possible, to receive an email with what is missing before the order is processed, thus giving the possibility to make a replacement.

Nonostante avessi dato tutte le informazioni corrette per la spedizione hanno dato al corriere un indirizzo incompleto e il pacco non è mai arrivato.
Sul tracking continuava a dire che erano in attesa di informazioni dal mittente.
Ho provato a telefonare diverse volte in più giorni e mandare mail, ma non ho mai avuto risposta.
Per fortuna oggi sono riuscita ad andare alla sede del corriere che mi ha detto che avrebbero reso la spedizione.
Mi dispiace perché un'altra volta mi ero trovata bene.

Io non so che dire, a me la Vostra risposta non è mai arrivata e ho sempre controllato anche lo Spam.
In ogni caso era tutta la settimana che provavo a telefonare a diversi orari, la mail l'ho mandata per disperazione.
Per l'indirizzo, dovreste sistemare il software, perché io ho specificato il luogo in cui lavoro, in provincia diversa da quella in cui vivo, e sul pacco non compare da nessuna parte, nemmeno il cap, e l'indirizzo sembra nel comune in cui vivo ma è da tutt'altra parte.
Poi i corrieri saranno oberati, ma nel tracking mi diceva che erano "in attesa di istruzioni dal mittente per eventuale riconsegna", quindi in attesa di istruzioni Vostre, non certo mie.
Ordered a game that was due to arrive on December 17th.
