In breve: - accoglienza freddissima modalità “via una avanti un’altra”, senza nemmeno chiedermi nome o un banale “Ciao, benvenuta” - prima dello smalto, fase di “pulizia” dell’unghia ben fatta, ma la ragazza si è un po’ accanita contro una cuticola e ho ancora la crosticina adesso per i taglietti che mi ha causato - poco interesse verso la cliente, anche al termine dell’appuntamento (mi ha mostrato il bagno ed è scappata senza nemmeno salutare..) - avevo bisogno di un colore ben preciso per un’occasione ma l’aveva preso una ragazza dell’altro loro negozio, per cui ho dovuto adattarmi ad un colore che si avvicinasse quanto più possibile ma che non era quello che volevo (premetto che prima di venire avevo visto che hanno una gamma di colori infinita.. quindi sarei andata sul sicuro) - stesura dello smalto non benissimo: ci sono parecchi angoli senza smalto e svariate gobbette. - prezzo ok (20€), onesto e per ora sta durando. Non lo consiglierei sinceramente.. la cliente non è un numero ma un valore per il negozio. Being a bit in a post-vacation emergency, I tried a semi-permanent session here. I would not recommend it sincerely .. the customer is not a number but a value for the shop.

Mentre mi faceva le unghie si interrompeva per fare altro (chiamare clienti o, addirittura, fare la fresa a un'altra persona). Non ha pulito bene il tavolo prima di iniziare quindi mi sono trovata con la postazione piena di smalto della cliente precente. Non mi sono trovata bene I went for gel refills on my hands. Ho iniziato da poco a fare le unghie nel loro centro e sono molto soddisfatta!!!!! Team of girls all very kind .. despite the great coming and going of customers .. they are always attentive to detail and professional.
