Non rispondono alle domande, quando rispondono, se rispondono, sono pure scazzati, evidentemente perchè non sono preparati a rispondere. L’ultimo, dei due tentativi (il primo fu un’armonica mezza rotta dopo due ore dall acquisto che neanche mi cambiarono!), é stato un paio di mesi fa perchè mi servivano le corde per un basso, per una chitarra ed un accordatore. Se avete il bancomat in quel momento, lasciate perdere, a me é stato risposto “ma ‘nce l’hai li sordi?” Io educatamente ho preso e me ne sono andato. Sinceramente ci sono rimasta malissimo. Mi soffermo sul fatto che a fronte di una spesa di euro 9 pagate con il bancomat ( ero senza contanti ) la signora mi abbia fatto pagare 1 euro in più addebitando così all' acquirente la commissione di transato pos!!!! Sarei dovuta andare via e lasciare il mio piccolo strumento . Praticamente si deduce che la banca applica una commissione del 10 per cento ! Cosa impossibile! E gravissimo che venga addebitata al cliente considerando il ricarico già applicato nella vendita. Poi ci si lamenta se si acquista su Amazon a costi inferiori e senza costi di consegna . Applicare al cliente commissiono di transato è inammissibile e fuori dal mondo ! I do not argue about professionalism as I have not had the opportunity to test it and I am not even competent. Unico "neo" : ho comprato una tastiera elettronica a settembre, io sbadatamente non mi sono informata sugli accessori utili da aggiungere e il ragazzo non mi ha consigliato di comprare un cavo con alimentatore adatti...non lo riesco a trovare nei negozi di elettronica quindi dovrò tornare li pur abitando parecchio lontano!!
