★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' impossibile contattare il medico per prenotare una visita. Telefonicamente irraggiungibile e non esiste nemmeno un altro canale di comunicazione (es. email). Dal mio punto di vista inaccettabile come servizio
It is impossible to contact the doctor to book a visit. By telephone it is unreachable and there is not even another communication channel (eg email). From my point of view unacceptable as a service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medico irraggiungibile, è una settimana che lo chiamo in orario di prenotazione per avere delle impegnative e non risponde mai (1 ora al giorno attaccata al telefono). Non è la prima volta, ogni volta che hai bisogno (per fortuna poche) è come se non esistesse. Inaccettabile e Vergognoso.
Unreachable doctor, I have been calling him during the booking time for a week to have requests and he never answers (1 hour a day on the phone). It is not the first time, every time you need (fortunately few) it is as if it did not exist. Unacceptable and Shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile stabilirci un contatto telefonico, non parliamo del suo indirizzo mail che resta un "premio" per i pochi che vanno fisicamente nel suo studio e la richiedono.
Non posso commentare la sua professionalità ma in un periodo come quello che stiamo vivendo la disponibilità é un valore aggiunto!
Impossible to establish a telephone contact, let's not talk about his email address which remains a "prize" for the few who physically go to his studio and request it.
I cannot comment on his professionalism but in a period like the one we are experiencing, availability is an added value!

Se uno ha bisogno di contattarlo con urgenza può anche morire.
Alle E-mail non risponde, alle chiamate risponde il segretario (se riesci per pura fortuna a beccarlo, si ha un ora di tempo massimo per contattarlo telefonicamente) che però non sà nulla.
Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars.
If one needs to contact him urgently, he may even die.
He does not answer E-mails, the secretary answers the calls (if you manage to catch him by sheer luck, you have one hour maximum to contact him by phone) but he doesn't know anything.
